This policy governs the processing of personal data when using the public website of Locator BG Ltd., company registration number 201448898, with registered office and management address at 5 Petko Karavelov Blvd., Ivan Vazov district, 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. This policy applies to website visits, contact forms, demo and quote requests, communications through the website, access to the client zone and the use of cookies and similar technologies. 2. Purposes and legal bases
  • Enquiries, quotes and demos — to respond to you, prepare a quote or demo and take steps at your request before a possible contract. Legal basis: taking steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract.
  • Access to the client zone — to provide login, maintain the account and related functionality. Legal basis: performance of a contract and provision of the service.
  • Security, technical support and abuse prevention — to protect the website, forms, sessions and infrastructure. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, necessity for providing and securing the service.

3. Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA
