What’s new
- Real-time toll balance: see what is left on your toll account right on your phone. You get an alert when the balance runs low and when it runs out.
- Change the number of axles with one tap: when you hitch or unhitch a trailer, you declare the axles before the truck sets off.
- Alert when a GPS device stops reporting: if the tracker stops sending data, you know right away, not from the fine.
- Invoice and payment alerts: new invoices arrive on your phone, along with a reminder when a payment is due.
- Mileage, fuel, activity and driver reports for every vehicle.
- Service intervals and working hours, so you never miss maintenance.
What matters comes straight to your phone
You no longer need to keep an eye on your email so you don’t miss anything important. The new app sends alerts straight to your phone about:
- your toll balance: when it runs low and when it runs out;
- a stopped GPS device: as soon as it stops sending data;
- new invoices and payment reminders: before the due date;
- news and important events: changes to our services, deadlines and anything else that affects your fleet;
- useful and interesting information: tips about the road, toll systems and fleet management.
This way you can act in time, not after the fine or the missed payment.
What you need to do
If you already use the app, what you need to do depends on your phone’s settings:
- If automatic updates are on, the new version is already installed. Open the app and log in with your existing account. When your phone asks, allow notifications. Without them you will not receive the alerts.
- If automatic updates are off, open the App Store, search for “Locator BG” and tap “Update”. Then open the app, log in with your existing account and allow notifications.
You can check this setting in Settings → App Store → App Updates.
